Our recruitment services are offered on a time and materials basis, based on established hourly rates. Because of the flexibility of our involvement, we are able to work within our clients' budgets and contribute our recruitment expertise at varying levels. We do not charge a contingency fee based on percentage of salary, however, we offer no guarantees with regard to candidates presented by Edwards Management Group.
